<p>You have the following rights regarding your data:</p>
<p>(1) know what we do with it, including whether we use it for automated decision making or profiling; (2) access it; (3) correct it; (4) delete it; (5) restrict its use; (6) transfer it; and (7) object to its collection or use.</p>

<p>MICA&rsquo;s Department of Admission and Financial Aid will store your personal data electronically within MICA&rsquo;s secure systems or with third party cloud providers who are contractually required to maintain the security of the data. Any physical document that includes your sensitive personal data will be digitized, shredded after digitization and stored electronically.</p>
<h2>For how long will MICA store your personal data?</h2>
<p>MICA will store your personal data for no longer than is necessary to accomplish the purposes for which it is collected.</p>
