MAT Alumni wanting to apply for certification to another state, and are requesting a State Department of Education College Verification Form to be completed by MICA, should send the form and a completed Authorization Release to Enrollment Services (enrollmentservices@mica.edu) at MICA.

This is for requests from MAT graduates only, and is for verification to departments of education for teacher certification. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
